Use the Company tab to maintain company details for Company record types.

Note: The Company tab is not displayed for Personal record types. See Community Maintenance - Name tab.

Fields

Field	Description
Record Type	Type of community record. Note: The Company tab is only displayed for Company and Personal Company records.
Occupation Description	Description of the company's main business. For example, Garden Maintenance.
Company	Company name.
Attention	Name of recipient within the company, if required.

The Community Names window is displayed.

To override one or more community names:

Select the override flag next to the field being changed.
Type in the new value for the community name.
Click .
