Testing other payments

To test payments:

1. Customise the Payments tab. See Customising the Payments tab in the Community Portal manual.
2. Open an internet browser.
3. Log into the Community Portal.
4. Click the Payments tab. You can process:
   • Account payments or donations. See Processing test account payments.
   • Event payments. See below.
5. Click the name of the event. For example, Fundraiser Gala.

   The Events tab is displayed.

6. Click .

   The ticket window is displayed.

   

7. Click .

   The Select How You Would Like to Pay page is displayed. See Testing account payments to complete the transaction process.

   Note: You may see the following error.
   
   This indicates that amount of time allocated for the user to purchase tickets has been set too low. See the Events:TicketsReserveMinutes configuration setting in the Community Portal manual.

8. Repeat steps 5 to 7 for each additional payment option.

   Testing other payments is complete.
