Verifying credit card details

To verify credit card details:

1. Select Modules > Debtors > Debtor Maintenance.

   The Set Debtor Search Criteria window is displayed.

2. Search for the account linked to the stored credit card.

   The General tab of the Debtor Maintenance window is displayed.

   

3. Click the Payment type tab then the Online Payments sub-tab.

   Note: For more information about the buttons and fields on the Online Payments sub-tab, see Debtor Maintenance - Payment Type tab - Online Payments sub-tab in the Synergetic Debtors manual.

4. Review the grid area to ensure the credit card details were stored correctly.

   Verifying stored credit card details is complete.
