Scheduling non-timetable days

Non-timetable days include:

• school holidays
• public holidays

To schedule a non-timetable day:

1. Open the Timetable Maintenance - Calendar Events tab. See the Timetable Maintenance - Timetable tab in the Synergetic Curriculum manual.
2. Click .

   A new row is added to the calendar events grid area.

3. Select a CalendarDate.

   

4. Type D0 in the CalendarType field.

   Note: This code is used to link the calendar event to the Non timetable days calendar.

5. Type a Description for the non-timetable day. For example, Good Friday.
6. Click .

   Note: The non-timetabled day can be viewed in the Calendar by selecting the Non timetable days calendar type.
