Enquiry Student Maintenance - Supplemental tab

Use the Supplemental tab to maintain second and third enrolment preferences, should the enquiring student's first choice not be available.

You can record several applications for a prospective student for different years. The first application you enter is, by default, their first choice.

You can track applications over time, and change the person's preferred application at any time. See Future Student Maintenance - Applications tab.

Note: Different entry dates, campus or year levels can be entered.

Field	Description
Campus	Campus the student will attend for their second or third enrolment choice.
To Start on	Date the student prefers to start their second or third enrolment choice. Note: Set to the first day of the year of enrolment in most cases. Applicants can be enrolled in more than one year / campus combination.
Year Level	Year level the student prefers to start their second or third enrolment choice.
