Displaying documents for classes and subject assessments

Documents linked to classes and subject assessment areas are displayed in the Information grid of the Results tab.

Documents specific to the:

• Class are maintained on the Documents tab of Class Maintenance. See Class Maintenance - Documents tab in the Synergetic Assessments and reports manual.
• Subject assessments are maintained on the Documents tab of Subject Assessment Maintenance. See Subject Assessment Maintenance - Documents tab in the Synergetic Assessments and reports manual.

Note: Documents from Class Maintenance and Subject Assessment Maintenance are displayed on the Results tab of the Community Portal even if their Document Classification should be hidden for the user based on the CommPortalVisibleFor flags in the luDocumentClassification lookup table.
