Comment about the event.

Number of students in the event.

Confirmed

Whether the co-curricular team or group has been confirmed for the event.

Attendance

Whether the co-curricular team or group has attended the event.

Opponent

If the event is a competition, the opponent for the event.

Match Notes

Training notes related to the event.

Results

Results of the event.

Add a new co-curricular event. See Scheduling co-curricular events.

Delete the selected event.

Launch the Edit Schedule window to edit the details of the scheduled event.

Remove all scheduled co-curricular events.

Reset team confirmations including any medical read confirmations for the selected co-curricular event.

Launch the Send Email window to email the staff member responsible for the co-curricular program. See Sending emails and SMS messages from grids in the Introduction manual.

Role of the student in the co-curricular event.

Restricted

Whether the student has a restricted activity or medical alert

Medical Read

Date the student's medical record was read.

Attended

Whether the student attended the co-curricular event.

ID

Community ID of the student.

Delete the selected co-curricular event.

Enter attendance for the scheduled co-curricular event.

Launch the Confirm Team window to confirm the selected co-curricular team.

Note: You cannot confirm the team until all medical notifications in the Restricted field have been marked as read.
