Creating new excursions

To create a new excursion:

Either click on the:
- Set Excursion Search Criteria window
- Excursion Maintenance window.
The Create New Excursion Window is displayed.
Fill out the fields and click .

Fields

Field	Description
Excursion Code	Identifying code of the excursion.
Description	Description of the excursion.
Type	Type of excursion. See the luEventType lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
Organiser	Community member organising the excursion.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Cancel the creation of a new excursion.
	Save the new excursion.
