Adding immunisations for excursions

To add immunisations for excursions:

  1. Open the Update of Details tab of Excursion Maintenance. See Excursion Maintenance - Update of Details bar.
  2. Click New button (green plus icon, synweb) in the Required Immunisations grid area.

    The Immunisation Search window is displayed.

  3. Select the Include field to add an immunisation.
  4. Select the Mark as Required field if the immunisation is required for the excursion.

    Note: When an immunisation is required for an excursion Community Portal users are displayed a warning if their children have not received the selected immunisation.

  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add additional immunisations.

    Tip: You can click Select Defaults button to add all default immunisations. For more information on default immunisations, see luMedicalImmunisationType lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.

  6. Click Ok button (synweb, small k).gif.
