Adding general consent details for excursions

To add general consent details for excursions:

  1. Open the Update of Details tab of Excursion Maintenance. See Excursion Maintenance - Update of Details bar.
  2. Click New button (green plus icon, synweb) in the General Consent grid area.

    The General Consent Search window is displayed.

  3. Select the Include field to add a consent type.
  4. Select the Mark as Required field if the consent type is required for the excursion.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add additional consent types.

    Tip: You can click Select Defaults button to include all default consent types. For more information on default consent types, see luConsentType lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.

  6. Click Ok button (synweb, small k).gif.
