Renaming forms

To rename a form:

1. Click .

   The My Forms window is displayed.

   

2. Click .
3. Click for the form to be renamed.

   The following menu is displayed.

   

   Tip: You can also rename a form by changing the Form heading. See Using the Online form builder.
   

4. Select Rename.

   The following window is displayed.

   

5. Type the new name into the text field.
6. Click .
7. Repeat steps 2 through 6 to rename additional forms.
