Deleting forms

To delete a form:

1. Click .

   The My Forms window is displayed.

   

2. Click .
3. Click for the form to be deleted.

   The following menu is displayed.

   

4. Select Delete.

   The following window is displayed.

   

5. Type Delete.
6. Click .
7. Repeat steps 2 through 6 to delete additional forms.
