Renaming forms

To rename a form:

  1. Click Online form editor (My Forms button).

    The My Forms window is displayed.

  2. Click My Forms window (All forms button).
  3. Click My Forms window (More options button) for the form to be renamed.

    The following menu is displayed.

    Tip: You can also rename a form by changing the Form heading. See Using the Online form builder.

  4. Select Rename.

    The following window is displayed.

  5. Type the new name into the text field.
  6. Click OK button (Online form editor, browser).
  7. Repeat steps 2 through 6 to rename additional forms.
