The luSubSchool lookup table is used mostly by multi-campus organisations that provide schooling for all year levels at each campus.

For example, year levels can be grouped into a:

• junior school
• middle school
• senior school.

The sub-school can then be used for searching for future students and current students.

Override the debtor name and show it on the Debtor tab of Future Student Maintenance.

The debtor name can be displayed on the Debtor tab of Future Student Maintenance, rather than their community name.

Note: Before this change, you had to create a company record and use that as the debtor. The problem was that the individual did not have a debtor constituency set up against them.
