Future Student Statistics Report

Producing a Future Student Statistics Report involves:

setting up certain fields in the luYearLevel, luFutureStatus and luStudentStatus lookup tables
processing current students based on their Current Status and Next Year Status (SynergyMeaning)
processing future students if they have been set up to appear on the report.

The Future Student Statistics Report has two user-definable columns, either:

E1, E2
E1N, E2N.

Lookup tables used for the report

Lookup table	Field	Description
luYearLevel	NextYearLevelMale NextYearLevelFemale NextYearCampusMale NextYearCampusFemale	Defines the campus and year levels that male and female students will be transferred to in the coming years. See luYearLevel lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
luFutureStatus	EnrolmentStatusColumn (or EnrolmentStatusColumn2) EnrolmentStatusColumnHeading	Defines whether a particular Future Status is: included in the report rolled up into the next year of the report output. See luFutureStatus lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
luStudentStatus	SynergyMeaning. Either: LEAVING LEFT LOA NEW NORMAL REPEATING.	Sets the SynergyMeaning for a student's Current Status and Next Year Status. See luStudentStatus lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
