Key future student reports

There are a number of standard reports available to you to help you manage your future students. See the folder of Crystal Reports supplied to your organisation.

To access these reports, select Module > Future Students > Future Student Crystal Reports Available. See Running reports in the Introduction manual for general information on how to run reports in Synergetic.

Tip: You can also access the future student functions by clicking Future Students Icon.

Contact list for enquiries.

Age at Application date

Future students and how old they were when the application was made.

Multi-Year Future Enrolment Statistics Expected

Statistical analysis of future student data.

Calculates the expected count of students for a given year.

Multi-Year Future Enrolment Statistics Wait List

Statistical analysis of waitlisted students by year level.

Future Students Contact List

Future students and their contact details.

Future Students by Default Status

List of future students by the default status.

Future Students by Application Status

List of future students by the application status.

Future Students Summary by Year Campus and Level

Group by year level with a count of students.

*Future Students Enrol All

Enrols all future students, including archived future student records.
