luMedicalConditionVisibility lookup table

Description

The luMedicalConditionVisibility lookup table is used to maintain options for displaying medical conditions at your organisation.

It is used in the Visibility field on the Condition sub-tab on the Medical Condition tab of Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab - Condition sub-tab in the Medical details manual.

Fields

Field	Description
Code	Unique code for the medical condition visibility type.
Description	Description of the medical condition visibility type.
SynergyMeaning	Code to tell Synergetic how to treat this medical condition visibility type. See SynergyMeanings. You can select either: MedicalMaintComPortalStaff MedicalMaintComPortal MedicalMaint MedicalMaintStaff. Note: When set to display for school staff the medical condition will be displayed in maintenance modules used by staff members such as Student Maintenance and Co-Curricular Maintenance.
SortOrder	Order that the medical condition visibility type appears in the Visibility drop-down list.
DefaultFlag	Set as the default medical condition visibility type at your organisation.
ActiveFlag	Select if the medical condition visibility type is used at your organisation.
PortalDefaultFlag	Set as the default medical condition visibility type for the Community Portal
ModifiedDate	Community member that last modified the record.
ModifiedUser	Date the record was last modified.
