Linking existing documents to medical conditions

You can link existing documents to medical conditions by selecting a document stored in the Synergetic document management (DocMan) system.

To link an existing document to a medical condition:

  1. Open the Condition sub-tab. See Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab - Condition sub-tab.
  2. Select a medical condition in the grid area.
  3. Click Manage (wide) button).

    The Confirm window is displayed.

    Note: The Unlink button is only displayed if there is an existing linked document.

  4. Click Link button.

    The Add Existing Document to Medical Condition window is displayed.

  5. Filter displayed documents using the Filter area fields, if necessary.
  6. Select a document from the grid area.

    Tip: You can click Open button to add a new document.

  7. Click OK button.
