Unlinking documents linked to medical conditions

To unlink a document linked to a medical condition:

  1. Open the Condition sub-tab. See Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab - Condition sub-tab.
  2. Select a medical condition in the grid area.
  3. Click Manage (wide) button).

    The Confirm window is displayed.

  4. Click Unlink button.
