Linking new documents to medical conditions

You can link new documents to medical conditions by importing the document into Synergetic.

To link a new document to a medical condition:

  1. Open the Condition sub-tab. See Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab - Condition sub-tab.
  2. Select a medical condition in the grid area.
  3. Click Manage (wide) button).

    The Confirm window is displayed.

    Note: The Unlink button is only displayed if there is an existing linked document.

  4. Click New button.

    The Import Document window is displayed.

  5. Click Browse button (Browse...).

    The Select the file(s) to import window is displayed.

  6. Locate the document to be linked to the medical condition.
  7. Select the document.
  8. Click Open button (cash receipts).

    The document is displayed in the Source Path field.

  9. Type a brief description of the document in the Description field.
  10. Select a Document Classification, if necessary. See luDocumentClassification lookup table.
  11. Update additional fields as required.
  12. Click OK button.
