Adding the DNP result to the luReportResultType lookup table

Organisations using the Victorian Curriculum are required to enter a result classification when students do not participate in assessments.

This functionality is enabled by adding the DNP (Did Not Participate) result to the Mask field on the luReportResultType lookup table.

To add the DNP result to the luReportResultType lookup table:

1. Select Module > System > Lookup Table Maintenance from the main menu.

   The Lookup Table Maintenance window is displayed.

   

2. Select the luReportResultType lookup table. See luReportResultType lookup table.

   

3. Load the Victorian Curriculum lookup table data, if not already done. See Loading lookup tables for external systems in the System maintenance manual.

   

4. Select either:
   • Vic Curriculum - A-10 continua
   • Vic Curriculum - A-D continuum
   • Vic Curriculum - F-10 continuum.
5. Click the Mask field.
6. Type DNP [classify] after the 11.0 result.

   

7. Click .
8. Repeat steps 4 through 6 to add the DNP result for additional Victorian Curriculum result types.
