Catholic schools in Victoria
In Catholic schools, implementation of the Victorian Curriculum F-10 will commence from 2017 and must be fully implemented by the end of 2018; at schools where it is planned, taught, assessed and reported upon.

Transitional requirements
The following new text must appear on all school reports when schools transition to the Victorian Curriculum F-10:
Progress is shown for English and Mathematics. As new curriculum areas are introduced and taught in the Victorian Curriculum, your child’s progress will show the level of achievement in that curriculum area. Progress will only be shown when a curriculum area is reported on for the second time.

Tip: You can also create subject assessment areas for entering the results students are expected to attain. See Creating subject assessment areas for entering expected results.

Entering Victorian Curriculum results
Once you have completed the transition to the Victorian Curriculum F-10 curriculum framework you can enter Victorian Curriculum results in Student Results Maintenance. See Maintaining student results.
Students that do not participate in assessments need to be given the DNP (Did Not Participate) result value. When this value is selected you are prompted to enter a mandatory result classification. For information on adding the DNP result value, see Adding the DNP result to the luReportResultType lookup table.
Note: You can create expected result subject assessment areas to enter the results students are expected to attain. See Creating subject assessment areas for entering expected results.
