Updating Crystal Reports for the single database structure

To update a custom Crystal Report to the single database structure:

1. Open the custom Crystal Report in Crystal Reports.
2. Select Database > Set Database Location.

   The Set Datasource Location window is displayed.

3. Select the reports data source location in the Current Data Source Area.

   

   The location will be either:

   • SynergyOne
   • SynergyOneFinance.
4. Select My Connections in the Replace with area.
5. Select Synergetic.

   

6. Click .
7. Enter the system administrator (sa) password.
8. Click Finish.
9. Repeat steps 1 through 8 for each sub-report.
10. Click .
11. Save the changes.
