Entering and changing comments

You can use different types of comments on your student reports:

How to:

Enter topic comments for an assessment area rather than a result. See Entering topic comments for student assessment areas.
Enter overall comments that are printed at the end of reports. See Entering overall comments.
Enter comments by selecting from a range of standard comments stored in a learning area (departmental) comment bank. See Entering stored comments.
Store personal comments in your own comment bank for use at any time. See Maintaining the staff personal comment bank.
Add personal comments in your own comment bank. See Adding stored personal comments.
Check the spelling of:
- Overall comments of an individual student.
- Topic comments, if SynWeb is set up to check them. See Checking the spelling of comments.
