Creating staff members

To create a new staff member:

  1. Either click New button (synweb) on the:
  2. Use the Previous button (black, synweb) and Next button (New community member, synweb) buttons to move through the data input windows.

    The Name window is displayed first.

  3. Enter the staff member's name.

    Note: If the information you enter matches one or more members of the community database, Synergetic displays a window showing possible matches. See Creating community members - Possible Name Matches. Select the matching name, if applicable.

  4. Click Next button (New community member, synweb).
  5. Enter other fields, as described below.
