Change to the way Peer Year is determined.

When transferring a current student to a past student, you can use the student's entry date as their Peer Year, or another field. This is controlled by the UseEntryDate configuration setting.

The description of the Peer Year field on the School tab of Past Student Maintenance has been updated.
