Class Maintenance - Print Flags tab

Use the Print Flags tab to maintain the subject assessment areas to be printed by default for the class.

Note: The Print Flags tab only appears when the Subject Assessment Area the class is linked to has Print Selectable for Result selected on the Summary tab.

Fields

Field	Description
Area Seq	Sequence number automatically generated when the assessment area was created.
Heading	Subject assessment area heading.
Default Print	Select to set the default assessment area for printing.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Update the print flags for the assessment areas in the class. The following window is displayed. Either: select the assessment area's print flag so that it is printed on the students' reports for the class clear the assessment area's print flag so that it is not printed.

Select/Deselect default print selected areas window

Either:

select the assessment area's print flag so that it is printed on the students' reports for the class
clear the assessment area's print flag so that it is not printed.
