Class Maintenance - Timetable tab

Use the Timetable tab to either:

Modifying values on the Timetable tab

You can modify the existing values on the Timetable tab directly. You can:

Fields

Field

Description

Group

Timetable group that applies, if used.

Day

Day number.

For example, a two week timetable would have day range of 1 to 10, one for each weekday.

Period

Period number.

Staff ID

Synergetic ID of the staff member who usually teaches the class on the day/period combination.

Room

Room number where the class is usually held.

Staff Code

Unique code that identifies the individual staff member throughout Synergetic.

It is blank if there is either no:

  • staff member linked to the class
  • staff code is undefined.

The first staff code is displayed if there is more than one staff member.

Description

Add timetable entries using the Add Timetable Periods window. See Adding new timetable day/periods manually.

Delete button

Delete the highlighted timetable entry.

Confirm - About to Delete this Timetable entry
