Note: This is a folder on your organisation's website.

The resultant URL of the published form is based on the:

• URL of the Online application portal - defined by the OnlineApplicationsPortal:URL configuration setting. See OnlineApplicationsPortal:URL configuration setting.
• The form's folder - defined by this field.

Redirect URL

Website where users are sent after submitting the form.

Unpublish the form. See Unpublishing forms.
