Form Settings window

You can use the Email tab to define the email sent to users when the form is submitted.

Form Settings window - Email tab key fields

Field	Description
Enable email for this form	Select to enable emails for the form.
Email Subject Template	Subject of the email.
Sender Email Address	Email address used to send the email.
Email template	Type into this field to define the body of the email. Tip: If you selected HTML in the Email Type field you can type HTML into this field.
Usable email fields	Listing of replaceable fields that can be used in the email.
