Add a new medical condition record.

Tip: When you create a new medical condition record it is simultaneously created on the Medical Condition tab.

Delete the selected medical record.

View the document linked to the selected medical condition.

Maintain the document linked to the selected medical condition by either:

• Linking an existing document. See Linking existing documents to medical conditions.
• Linking a new document. See Linking new documents to medical conditions.
• Unlinking the selected document. See Unlinking documents linked to medical conditions.

Add a new medication record.

Delete the selected medication record.
