luStudentEligiblity lookup table

Description

The luStudentEligibility lookup table is used to define the eligibility criteria of students for enrolment and funding purposes.

It is used in the Eligibility field on the NZMOE tab of:

Future Student Maintenance. See Future Student Maintenance - NZMOE tab in the Future students manual.
Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - NZMOE tab in the Current students manual.
Past Student Maintenance. See Past Student Maintenance - NZMOE tab in the Past students manual.

Fields

Field	Description

Code	Unique identifier for the eligibility criteria type.
Description	Description of the eligibility criteria type.
ExternalSystem- Type	Code for the external system that provides the lookup table data.
ExternalSystem- Code	Code for the secondary tertiary program used by the external system. Note: For information about NZMOE eligibility criteria codes see Eligibility criteria in the Roll returns manual.
ActiveFlag	Whether the selected eligibility criteria type is active at your organisation.
ModifiedDate	Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.
ModifiedUser	User that last modified the lookup table entry.
