Selecting groups of students to process immunisations for

You can use the Immunisation Bulk Entry - Selection Screen to select a group of students to process immunisations for.

Unlike most selection windows where you can only filter once to create a group, you can return to this window often and select more students to add to your existing group.

To open the Immunisation Bulk Entry - Selection Screen:

Select Module > Students > Student Bulk Immunisation.
Tip: You can also access the Attendance functions by clicking .

The Immunisation Bulk Entry - Selection Screen is displayed.


Field	Description
File Year File Term	Year and term you are including. Defaults to the current year and term.
Tagged IDs	Select to search for students with tagged IDs.
ID	Student ID.
Campus	Campus where the student is enrolled. See luCampus lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
From Year Level / To Year Level	A range of year levels can be selected. If you only want to select one year level then you must enter it in both the From Year Level and To Year Level fields.
Form	Form of the student. See luForm lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
House	House of the student. See luHouse lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Tutor Group	Tutor group of the student.
Boarder	Student's residential status. Typical values include: Boarder Day Student Home Stay. Note: You can use the luBoarder lookup table to maintain entries. See luBoarder lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Status	Status of the student. The typical options are:

LEA	Leaving
LFT	Left
LOA	Leave of absence
NEW	New student
NOR	Normal
RPT	Repeating

Students Who are Selected Are	Either select students who are: To be processed. Not to be processed. The selected students are put in either the left pane or the right pane of the Medical Immunisation Bulk Entry window. See Manually selecting students to process immunisations for.

Students Who are Selected Are

Either select students who are:

To be processed.
Not to be processed.

The selected students are put in either the left pane or the right pane of the Medical Immunisation Bulk Entry window. See Manually selecting students to process immunisations for.

	Launch the Load Students for Immunisation Bulk Entry window to a file containing student details for bulk immunisations. Note: The file must have the Synergetic ID number in the first column, with one student per row.
