Adding student immunisations in bulk

The Student Bulk Immunisation program is used to select a group of students from your organisation and process immunisations for them. This saves time because you can process immunisations for large groups of students, such as all students from a particular campus.

Note: For information about entering immunisations for individual students, see Medical Maintenance - Immunisation tab.

To process immunisations for several students:

1. Using the Immunisation Bulk Entry - Selection Screen, select the group of students to process immunisations for. See Selecting groups of student to process immunisations for.

   

Tip: You may want to select a group of students, but exclude a small number. You will have the opportunity to exclude individual students in the next window.

Note: If you have the students you want to process in a tag list, select Tagged IDs on this window.

1. Click .

   The Medical Immunisation Bulk Entry window is displayed.

   

2. Exclude individual students from the group, if required. See Manually selecting students to process immunisations for.
3. At this point, you can either:
   • create the immunisation for the students you have selected
   • return to the selection window to add more students to the list.
4. To add more students to the list, click .

   The Immunisation Bulk Entry - Selection Screen window is redisplayed.

5. Repeat from step 1, for each group of students to be selected for the immunisation.

   Tip: If you want to add a small number of students to the list, you can select the large group that they belong to and select Not to be processed. The students you have selected are displayed in the Not to be processed pane of the Medical Immunisation Bulk Entry window. You can then select the individual students from the list and click to include them in the list of students to be processed.

6. Once you have selected all the students to process, click .

   The Bulk Add Immunisation window is displayed. See Bulk Add Immunisation window.

   

7. Add the immunisation details including:
   • immunisation
   • immunity end date
   • administered date
   • administered by.
8. Click .

   The following dialog is displayed.

   

9. Click .

   The following dialog is displayed.

   

10. Either click:
    • to clear the Medical Immunisation Bulk Entry window
    • to add another immunisation.

    If you click the follow dialog is displayed.

    

11. Either click:
    • to add another immunisation for the same group of students
    • to select another group of students. See Selecting groups of student to process immunisations for.
