Staff Maintenance - Comment tab
Use the Comment tab to view and maintain any comments about the staff member.
Note: See Staff Maintenance - Confidential tab for recording confidential comments that you want to control access to.
Opening the Comment tab
To open the Comment tab:
- Select Module > Human Resources > Staff Maintenance from the main menu.
Tip: You can also access the staff functions by clicking 
.
- Search for the staff member. See Searching for staff members.
The Personal tab of the Staff Maintenance window is displayed.
- Click the Comment tab.
The Comment tab of the Staff Maintenance window is displayed.
