Name

Name of the community member.

Main Organiser

If selected this community member is the main organiser of the excursion.

Sort Order

Determines the order organisers will appear in drop-down lists. Use the arrows to move organisers up and down.

Launch the Search window to add community members as organisers.

Launch the Edit Event Organiser window . To make a community member the main organiser for the excursion select the Main Organiser field and click .

Delete the community member as an organiser for the excursion.

Search Filter

The Search Filter field is located at the top of the Excursion Selector. This field can be used to filter excursions by any of the information displayed in the Excursion Selector.

For example, type ski to only view excursions with the word ski in the excursion code or description.

Delete the currently selected excursion.

Create a new excursion. See Creating new excursions.

Display the Set Excursion Search Criteria window. See Searching for excursions.

Customise how the bars are displayed. See Customising navigation bars in the Introduction manual.
