Deleting subject assessment areas

You can delete a:

subject assessment area if there are no results associated with it
calculated 'subject assessment area' with a formula
summarised 'subject assessment area' if the Summarise to Area field on the Area sub-tab of other areas of assessment do not refer to its sequence number.

To delete a subject assessment area, or a calculated or summarised 'subject assessment area':

Search for the subject assessment. See Searching for subjects and assessment areas.
The Subject Assessment Selector window is displayed.
Select the subject assessment to which the area of assessment belongs.
Select the area of assessment to delete.
Right click.
The following menu is displayed.
Select Delete.
The Confirm Delete window is displayed.
Type delete.
Click .
The assessment area record is deleted from Subject Assessment Maintenance and the sequence numbers are updated for the remaining areas.
