Create New Synergetic User window (Personal)

Name window for a personal or personal company user.

Create New Synergetic User window (Company)

Name window for a company user

If the information you enter matches one or more members of the community database, Synergetic displays a window showing possible matches. You can either:

Select a record from the grid and add the staff member as a Synergetic user.
Create a new record. This creates a completely new member in the community database.

If you create a user as a Personal contact, the following windows are displayed after the Name window:

Home Address details. See Address window sample in the Community manual.
Phone and occupation details. See Phone/Occupation window sample in the Community manual.
User login. See Create New Synergetic User - Login Name window.

If you create a staff member as a Company or a Personal Company contact, the following windows are displayed after the Name window:

Personal company name. See User creation windows in the Community manual.
Company address. See Company Address window in the Community manual.
Phone and occupation details. See Phone/Occupation window sample in the Community manual.
User login. See Create New Synergetic User - Login Name.

Create New Synergetic User - Name window key fields

Field	Description
Record Type	New users can be Personal, Company or Personal Company. Select these using the radio buttons at the top of this window. The data input windows depend on your choice. Personal is for an individual person. Company is where the company is the primary contact and you address the company. For example: Jackson Holdings Attn: Mr John Roberts Personal company is where the person is the primary contact. For example: Mrs Anne Johnson Salbut Enterprises. If you select Company, the windows that follow are similar but do not require any individual personal information.
ID	Synergetic identifier of an existing staff member.
Use existing ID	If you are creating a user from an existing community member and you know their Synergetic ID, select this field and enter the ID into the ID field. The details of the user are retrieved from the community database.
