Payroll Maintenance - Comments tab
Use the Comments tab to maintain general comments for the employee payroll record.
For example, “has requested pay rise”, “last pay incorrect, check figures before next pay run”.
Opening the Comments tab
To open the Comments tab:
- Select Payroll > Payroll Employee Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Payroll Search Criteria window is displayed.
- Search for the employee payroll record for the staff member. See Searching for payroll employees.
The Personal tab of the Payroll Maintenance window is displayed.
- Click the Comments tab.
The Comments tab of the Payroll Maintenance window is displayed.
