Linking text fields to user account details

To link a text field to a user account detail:

  1. Click Controls button (Editing mode).
  2. Select a Text input element.

    The element editing controls are displayed.

  3. Click Online Form Editor (Accounts button).

    Tip: You can also click Account Manager button in the Properties tab.

    The Public Account Control Mapping window is displayed.

  4. Select an account detail to map the control to from the drop-down list.

  5. Click Save (blue) button.
  6. Click Online form editor (Close button).
  7. Repeat steps 2 through 6 to link additional fields to user account details.
  8. Click Online form editor (Save button).
