This section outlines the changes to the Current students manual arising from changes made to Synergetic (version 59.15-v60.37).

New fields on the Flags tab.	The following fields have been added: Education Maint Allowance flag Reconfirmation - date that the reconfirmation form was received Acceptable Use - date that the acceptable use form was received Enrolment Contract flag - indicates that the enrolment contract form was received. Add change logging if modifying the FTE field (New Zealand schools only).	The Important Data Change window is displayed when the FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) field is changed on the School tab of Current Student Maintenance in New Zealand schools. Add change logging if modifying the Leaving Date field (New Zealand schools only).	The Important Data Change window is displayed when the Leaving Date field is changed on the School tab of Current Student Maintenance in New Zealand schools. Add change logging if modifying the Entry Date field (New Zealand schools only). The order of absence events records has been changed.	Brief information has been provided that the most recent absence events records are displayed at the top of the grid.	Current Student Maintenance - Absent tab
Information has been rewritten.	Information about absences has been rewritten to take into account the new absence events concepts and topics in the Attendance and absence events manual.	Current Student Maintenance - Absent tab
Selecting blank file type on the Timetable tab returns all file types.	The File Type description on the Timetable tab has been updated to provide information for users who encounter the lack of a blank file type.	Current Student Maintenance - Timetable tab
Include medical incident entries in the student timetable.	The topic has been updated to include information about a student's medical incidents being displayed on their Timetable tab in Current Student Maintenance.	Current Student Maintenance - Timetable tab
Show user-defined flags on the Attendance tab.	Up to five user-defined flags can be displayed on the Attendance tab of Current Student Maintenance.	Current Student Maintenance - Attendance tab
Show green ticks and red crosses on the Attendance tab.	The descriptions for the Date, Show and Attended fields have been updated to provide information about when an: attendance is displayed with a symbol absence is displayed with a symbol.	Current Student Maintenance - Attendance tab
Student contacts history records created.	History records are created when: one or more flags are changed for an existing contact of the student a new contact is added for the student.	Current Student Maintenance - Contacts tab
Use flat speed buttons for sending emails and so on.	More modern looking buttons are used. The screen captures and buttons have been updated for the following tabs in Student Maintenance: Contacts tab Relations tab Work Exp tab. Siblings surname may be displayed.	The Siblings tab shows the siblings surname if it is different to the current student. In the following example, the current student has three siblings: Bill and Angelo have the same surname so the surname need not be displayed. Israel has a different surname so it is displayed. Student files 7-9 may contain issues with parent school education.	The description of the Highest Secondary Year Level field has been updated on the Parent sub-tabs of the MCEETYA tab of Student Maintenance, for organisations that have entered the CEO VIC level rather than the year level. Additional information has been provided in the MCEETYA tab of the Import/Export Student Data window about the ParentYearLevelNoConvert configuration setting. Modification to export for Curriculum Council.	The topic has been updated to include information about recent changes, particularly that the export also includes: the student's previous surname and first name, if they have changed their name whether the student is exempt from attending school. A new topic is available in the System maintenance manual about the luStudentStatus lookup table. Curriculum Council changes.	Three new Process Types are listed on the Curriculum Council tab, including for subject enrolment exports. Changes have been made for exports using the TEE Results and non-TEE Results process types, particularly the following fields: Subjects Year Level From and To. CEO school file export - validate school information is up to date.	A brief note has been added that Synergetic checks the school's settings during an export using the CEO tab of the Import/Export Student window.	Import/Export Student Data - CEO tab
