Adding new professional development details

Changes to job positions for current and inactive staff members.

Inactive staff are not displayed on the Current Staff tab of Job Position Maintenance.

When a staff member has a Leaving Date set, the End Date on the Current Staff tab of Job Position Maintenance is automatically populated.

You can use the Next Increment and Next Review fields on the Current Staff tab of Job Position Maintenance to trigger notifications about when staff members' job positions are due to be incremented or reviewed.
