New leave entitlement calculation methods.	You can set leave entitlements to be calculated by the hours a staff member has worked in a pay period, or how long they've worked at your organisation.	Payroll Configuration - Leave Awards tab

Native SQL Server encryption.	Synergetic supports payroll encryption using both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of SQL Server 2005 and later. Note: If your organisation used payroll encryption prior to version 62 of Synergetic, you will need to decrypt the existing data before upgrading.
