This section outlines changes to the Human resources manual arising from changes made to Synergetic (versions 64.13-65.19).
Note: The look and feel of Synergetic depends on the PC it is running on. The screenshots in this manual use both the version 65 and pre-65 look and feel. You may notice a slight difference in appearance between this manual and Synergetic running at your organisation but the functionality is exactly the same.

Changes to job positions for current and inactive staff members. |
Inactive staff are not displayed on the Current Staff tab of Job Position Maintenance.
When a staff member has a Leaving Date set, the End Date on the Current Staff tab of Job Position Maintenance is automatically populated. You can use the Next Increment and Next Review fields on the Current Staff tab of Job Position Maintenance to trigger notifications about when staff members' job positions are due to be incremented or reviewed.
