Modified Date

Date the photo was last modified.

Note: If you define document classifications in the luDocumentClassification lookup table, changes to photos are recorded as a history record on the DocMan bar. See Maintaining lookup tables in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.

Source

Source of the photo.

Photo Type

Type of photo file. For example, JPG or GIF file extensions.

Web

Select if the student's parent or guardian has given permission for the photo to be displayed on your organisation's public web site.

Promotional material

Select if the student's parent or guardian has given permission for the photo to be included in promotional material such as promotional displays in public areas.

School publications

Select if the student's parent or guardian has given permission for the photo to be included in your organisation's publications sent to a wide group of recipients.

Navigate between the selected students.

Display the Current Student Maintenance Search Criteria window.
