Student ID

Synergetic ID of the student.

Gender

Gender of the student.

This field is updated on the Personal tab. See the Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab.

Name

Student's name in the format last name, first name.

Address

Student's address, which is derived from the home address of the student's first Lives With contact.

To update the address:

1. Locate the student's first Lives With contact on the Contacts tab. See the Current Student Maintenance - Contacts tab.

   

2. Click to launch into Community Maintenance.
3. Update the address on the Home Address tab. See the Community Maintenance - Home Address tab in the Community manual.

   

   Note: Silent Address is displayed in the Address field of the Demographic tab if the Silent Address field is selected on the Home Address tab of Community Maintenance.

Phone

Student's home phone, which is derived from the home phone of the student's first Lives With contact.

To update the phone number:

1. Locate the student's first Lives With contact on the Contacts tab. See the Current Student Maintenance - Contacts tab.

   

2. Click to launch into Community Maintenance.
3. Update the phone number on the Phone tab. See the Community Maintenance - Phone tab in the Community manual.

   

   Note: Silent Phone is displayed in the Phone field of the Demographic tab if the Silent Phone field is selected on the Phone tab of Community Maintenance.

Forms Received

Date that the forms were received back from the parents or guardians.

Country of Birth

Country that the student was born in.

This field can also be updated on the Personal tab. See the Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab.

Home Language

Main language other than English.

Indigenous Student

Select if the parent or guardian has specified that the student should be identified as an indigenous student.

Torres Strait Islander

Select if the parent or guardian has specified that the student should be identified as a Torres Strait Islander.

This field can also be updated on the Flags tab. See the Current Student Maintenance - Flags tab.
